Who We Are

atk99 is an online gaming platform licensed to serve players in Bangladesh. We offer casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, sports betting, and card games. All games use regulated software from certified providers. By creating an atk99 account and playing with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not register or deposit money.

Account Eligibility & Registration

Who Can Play

Account Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will need to upload a photo of a valid identity document:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

KYC review takes up to 2 hours. We may request additional documents. Once verified, your account is cleared for deposits and withdrawals.

Your Responsibilities as a Player

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. What You Must Not Do

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities
• Attempt to circumvent geo-blocking, self-exclusion tools, or deposit limits

• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other players
• Create duplicate accounts or share your account with others

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and a ban from atk99.

Bonus Rules & Wagering

Welcome Bonus

New atk99 players are eligible for a 175% first deposit bonus on their initial deposit, up to a maximum of ৳7,000. The bonus is credited automatically once your deposit is confirmed. The bonus applies to your first payment only.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw your bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 11 times. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling ৳11,000 before you can cash out. Wagering is calculated from the moment the bonus is credited. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering:

Bonus Expiry & Forfeiture

Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of receipt. If you do not complete wagering requirements within this period, the bonus and associated winnings are automatically forfeited. You may withdraw your original deposit at any time, even if bonus wagering is incomplete.

Reload & Other Bonuses

atk99 periodically offers reload bonuses (25% on deposits made after your first) and cashback promotions (1.5% daily). These bonuses are subject to the same wagering rules and expiry terms unless stated otherwise. Check the promotions page for current offers.

Deposits, Withdrawals & KYC

Deposit Details

The minimum deposit at atk99 is ৳150. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer – 2 minutes typically

Deposits are usually confirmed within 2 minutes. Your account is credited immediately after payment verification. There are no hidden fees charged by atk99 for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees.

Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from atk99:

1. Complete KYC verification (upload a valid ID)
2. Request a withdrawal from your account dashboard
3. Choose your payment method and amount
4. Confirm the request
5. Funds are processed and sent to your account

The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,200. Your daily withdrawal limit is ৳70,000 (unless you hold a higher VIP tier). Withdrawals are typically processed within 41 minutes. However, your bank may take additional time to credit the funds to your account—this is outside atk99's control.

KYC & Document Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you must submit proof of identity. Accepted documents are National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Upload a clear, high-quality photo of the front of the document. Our verification team reviews documents within 2 hours. Once approved, your account is cleared for all withdrawals. If documents are unclear or appear forged, we may request additional proof or close your account.

Pending Withdrawals & Cancellation

Once a withdrawal is submitted, it enters a pending status. You can cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed. Once funds have been sent to your payment method, withdrawal cannot be reversed. If you did not receive funds after 41 minutes, contact [email protected] immediately.

Game Play Rules

Game Fairness & RTP

All atk99 games are provided by certified software companies including Playtech, JDB, Spribe, PG Soft, and Sexy Gaming. Each game has a fixed Return to Player (RTP) percentage between 95% and 97.5%. This is the theoretical average return over many plays. Individual sessions may result in wins or losses regardless of RTP. No game is rigged, and outcomes cannot be influenced by player actions outside the rules of that game.

Bet Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum bet. For example, Dragon Master (Slots by Playtech) has a minimum bet of ৳2 and maximum of ৳10,000. You cannot place a bet below or above these limits. Bets placed in violation of game rules are void and your stake is refunded.

Game Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, your active bet is completed based on the game's server state. Your bet result is final. If you reconnect, your account balance will reflect the completed bet. atk99 is not liable for connection failures on your end.

Game Abuse & Bonus Abuse

We monitor for suspicious patterns such as repeatedly placing maximum bets to fulfill wagering quickly, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses. If we detect game abuse or bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void bonuses, close the account, and forfeit winnings without refund.

You can set a session time limit. After the set time, you will be prompted to take a break. You may also request a reality check notification during play to remind you of time elapsed and money wagered.

Account Suspension & Closure

atk99 May Suspend or Close Your Account If

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during signup or KYC
• You engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• You attempt to circumvent deposit limits or self-exclusion tools
• You use automated bots or exploit system vulnerabilities
• You harass or threaten our staff
• You use the platform for purposes other than personal gaming
• You are identified in our fraud or sanctions screening

Account Closure & Fund Return

If your account is suspended or closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your request, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonuses and promotional funds are forfeited upon closure.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your account will be closed and any remaining balance returned. You will receive a confirmation email. You may reopen your account after 30 days if you wish, but bonuses for new players will not apply again.

Dispute Resolution

Reporting a Problem

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, bonus, withdrawal, or any atk99 transaction, contact our support team within 30 days of the incident. Provide as much detail as possible, including:

• Date and time of the incident
• Game name or transaction type
• Description of the problem
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, email receipts)

Investigation Process

Independent Dispute Resolution
